what a week. yes, i am crazed because i have three weeks of work to do in the next two days or so, but this week was worth it.

wednesday was my trip to shea with the best stalking viewing seats in the stadium.

last night i got to see robert kennedy jr speak. anyone who knows me knows what a thrill this was for me. and he didn't disappoint. he was engaging, intelligent and passionate. a crowd of college students, who were forced to attend for class and spent the minutes before the speech comparing spongebob episodes, sat listening raptly once he began and showered him with a standing ovation when he was finished. he spoke on the environment which is obviously his passion. he was eerily like his father in his speech and mannerisms. when he chose to emphasize a point, his intensity made the hair on my arms stand up.

and today, well, tough to follow that, but i think we have the answer. today is puppy day!!! as soon as j gets off the bus we are heading up to CT to pick up roxie! can't wait to see her. i will post pix as soon as i can.
