spent the whole afternoon outside planting, weeding and setting up my new fairy garden. i will post pics later when the sun goes down a bit. there is still a lot to do. j hasn't started the houses yet! but the plants are in and the walls are started.

roxie was helping clean out the pond and is now no longer brindle but kind of a brownish-greenish color and what a smell for a little dog. phew!

hubby resurfaced the deck so it is all ready for the new pavers this week. he is almost forgiven for last night's lack of help. almost. we'll see how dinner goes tonight.

watching the mets. something good is happening, but i know baseball superstitions well enough to know not to tell you ;) in the meantime, it's a beautiful day for a game and the mets are winning!

big salad for dinner and i am sure it will be an early night. we are all sunburned, sore and tired. but it's a good tired and the yard looks great. (don't look at the front yard though! )
