so today starts one of two sessions of marathon wrapping. and not rapping, because that would frighten everyone away, but the annual "we should really have started this a week or two ago" wrapping sessions.

it is also the day i get a good look at how much stuff we bought in yet another effort "not to get too much stuff this year." lol. we never manage it. i need to make sure the gifts look somewhat fair and wrap 'em up and hide 'em.

then cleaning and baking and we can almost relax and enjoy a little bit.

kids are tired and not wanting to go to school, but today is not an option. i need them outta here!! (such a heartwarming holiday sentiment!)

hope everyone enjoyed yule. hubby is in hot water because he forgot to bring the drill bit home to drill the yule log. grrrrr. so he tells me he will do it tonight. feh. coal for him.

one last full day to myself before christmas vacation. gotta make it count.
