How To Be Bad by E. Lockhart, Sarah Mlynowski and Lauren Myracle
How To Be Bad is a YA novel about three high school seniors who take a weekend road trip in Florida. Not only is the story told from the perspective of the three girls in alternating chapters, but each character is primarily penned by a separate YA author - E. Lockhart, Sarah Mlynowski and Lauren Myracle. With subtexts involving family, romance and friendship, the story comes together nicely and is a good read. My only reservation is that there are certain plot twists that may not be particularly appropriate for the YA audience (encounters with strangers, drinking, extravagant use of a parent's credit card - in real life, these things result in serious consequences). But as an adult, I found this to be a story well told.
