30 Days to Getting Over the Dork You Used To Call Your Boyfriend - Clea Hantman
Clea Hantman's 30 Days to Getting Over the Dork You Used to Call Your Boyfriend is a YA book, directed to girls age 12 and up. The up, however, has no upper limit. Meant to be read over a period of thirty days, this book has exercises and practical advice to handle dealing with the pain, getting past it, and ultimately becoming a stronger person for the experience. This is especially pertinent to the YA population, who does not generally have the life experience to know how to get past this kind of heartbreak. It helps girls weather the storm using a combination of warmth, humor and knowledge.
If you know a young woman who needs help getting past the pain of losing a boyfriend, this is a good resource to give her.
