Harmony was all grown up and feelin' feisty

I've been recording Reaper lately. I'm a huge Kevin Smith fan so I thought I would give it a shot. It has its good and bad moments but it may be just quirky enough to stay around if it picks up a following. It reminds me of an edgier Buffy--or some odd Buffy/Clerks hybrid.

But!!!--speaking of Buffy. This week's episode featured Mercedes McNab. Harmony! And she wasn't ditzy. She was a little scary. It took me a little bit to place her when I saw her rockin' the 70s outfit but there it was, right there on the screen, Harmony was back.

Just thought I post a Buffy sighting.

long time no tv chat?

So I haven't been around much. True. But it's summer and tv is limited to So You Think You Can Dance and Buffy reruns.

I still watch Buffy. Every morning. Or at least when I get to the DVR. And now FX is up to my favorite Season 3 episodes. Faith is turning evil, Willow has a doppleganger, Angel is still brooding and not working as an FBI agent (not that I dislike Bones but, you know, Angel), Spike is bad, and funny, and bad. Ah, the good ol' days.

But now, reruns. And SYTYCD and Rescue Me. And baseball. It's summer. What can you do?

You miss her too, don't you?

I have never in my life purchased a comic book. I have perused a few. Flipped through a few. But this week I just couldn't help myself.

Buffy Season Eight! How could I resist. How could you? Did you?

Joss wrote it so I devoured it and now am stuck, tapping my fingers and counting the days until the next one comes out.

For Joss, I will even read comics.
