Journeyman

Well, somebody read Time Traveler's Wife. That's all I could think while I was watching this premiere. Not that that is a bad thing, but it did seem as if the premise, at least in the beginning, was very similar. The difference here is that instead of a romance, we have a time traveler with a purpose. He's going to go back and fix things. Hmmm, if there's on thing I've learned by watching too many movies it's that changing things in the past can be dangerous. Ask Hiro on Heroes!

But so far, this show is watchable. We'll see how the story progresses. I do like that he has to try and explain his "absences" to those closest to him and that they had an intervention to help him.

I am hoping it doesn't fall into too formulaic a story. Hopefully, they will have enough fresh ideas. I know there are a few things he could go back and change for me. But then again, there's that danger of changing the past. Maybe I'll stick to just watching him change other people's past.
