The "actual" view from my window at this moment is my daughter, her friend, my husband and Brandy - the pup - "romping" in the backyard.
I'll spare you the sappy "this is what I always wanted - happy-ever-after" stuff. The real joy here is to see Brandy up and around.
Yesterday this time we were in a real panic about her survival. She had another bad bout with the instestinal parasites, had violent stomach spasms and diarrhea ~ and we rushed her to the animal hospital.
michelle told me and i was so worried for the pup! i'm so glad she's okay; i've heard lots of stories about newly-home pups getting sick, their little bodies are more suspeptible to all the new strangeness at home, and the stresses that come with moving.
but i'm so glad she's okay! hope she stays that way! you guys are in my thoughts!
oh, the poor thing! And poor you two for being "the parents" again on "new baby" duty. Glad she is feeling better. Get some rest today!
I'm glad she's ok! Our dog had a serious battle with Parvo when we got her, 1200 dollars and 3 years later she's still kicking and causing trouble!
Glad she is better. I missed you guys this weekend but this was a really good excuse. Hope to come up and romp with the family outside that window again soon.
