Time to take some control here, well, of my life in general, but right now a few specifics.
* First, the weight thing. I feel that I have at least a few loyal readers (maybe even 5 or 6). They say (who are they, anyway) the more people you tell, the more apt you are to stick with something. So I oficially announce here that I WILL LOSE 5 POUNDS BY THE END OF APRIL (after that, we'll set a new goal).
As for exercise, the past few weeks there has been a "valid excuse of the day". (a sinus headache, need to go to work early, the puppy, I fell off a ladder and I'm dizzy, too many chores; and now it's this new thing with the palpitations or APCs or skipped beats or whatever that has plagued me for the past three nights please, please, please - don't say it's the coffee)
Well, regardless of all that, I will return to my usual 3-days-per-week of exercise to assist in the weight loss.
As for the other areas ~ I'll post more tomorrow. One tper day should be more than enough to handle.
So ~ PLEASE stop by and encourage me to "Step Away from the Biscotti" ~ and "Get Some Control!"

I really need to lose weight, but food is my only crutch LOL, and I am just not ready to give it up yet. Hurray for you with the willpower hon! ♥
Okay, I won't mention the pizza for tonights' dinner, after all, it does contain many of the necessary food groups. I also need to lose a pound or 200...please don't ship the chocolate from your office to mine and I will do the same.
Give up the biscotti!!! There are so many other things you can replace it with - how about some fresh mozzarella with roasted peppers,sundried tomatos and a loaf of italian bread? Or perhaps....A hot fudge sunday with sliced bananas and whipped cream? Or....never mind....I dont think im helping.
If it makes you feel better, I get palpitations even thinking about a diet.
how many people don't feel the need to lose some weight? I'd like to lose 10-15 by summer time, even went and bought a bike (don't ask me about the $1,000 price tag!), but more importantly is the food. At work we get free food (cooked to order), and a room, literally, full of snacks/junk food. I have bben playing with the push away diet, rather then going no carbs or something else radical. I'll eat half of what's on my plate, and push the rest away. I get what I like to eat, but just limit the amount. The biggest problem I have is the stuff I REALLY like.

Ok, I am right there with ya. I will be curving evry Tues and thurs and alternating Fri and Sat. I will post my losses (not the total) on the bluefrog blog. Maybe together we can get down to it. Maybe I will see if ugly can make a countdown for it.
