In case anyone was wondering, I have not hung myself with the mouse wire or anything over this issue.
The morning following the mess ~ I woke up, turned on the computer ~ went on-line and automatically (as I do every morning) clicked on the "get mail" thingey~
~ and ~
~ VOILA!
There it was, in all it's glory! My e-mail, to read and send and delete at will.
I guess there really are house elves, or computer faireys who come in the night and save you from certain homicide or worse yet computercide!
Anyway, thanks Brad for offering to come help.
I think I'm OK now. Just need to spend more time figuring out how to use all the extra bells and whistles this thing came with.
