As we go about our holiday decorating

let's take time to remember....

I almost forgot about this site. Go on, have a look. Procrastinate a bit.

We are not putting much out in the way of decorations this year since we will be packing and moving in January. So we have to decide which are the really important things--which ones are our favorites. I'll take some pics when we get them down but in the meantime...

Which are your favorite holiday decorations? Why? Are they sentimental? Are they beautiful? Are they so kitschy that you can't help but love them? Does it involve a cheese canoe?
