Ooops. While today was going to be the boys last day of the week anyway (do they actually go to school in November???) I realized as I rubbed the sleep from my eyes and looked out into the rainy yard that I didn't press snooze. I turned the alarm off. Over an hour ago.

Ah, screw it. We're calling a mental health day. We got chores and errands done early and are going to spend most of the day reading, watching Cars (Widescreen Edition) and playing Guitar Hero 2 Software PS2.

A quick trip to see my neices and then some comfort food and the next book in the From the Stacks Challenge. Right now I am up to The Memory Keeper's Daughter. Did you see how many people are signed up for the challenge? All the cool kids are doing it. Don't you have a stack of books you've been meaning to read?

I'd imagine that the NaBloPoMo randomizer and I will again be spending some quality time together as well.

Rainy days are good for these kinds of things.
