Loved Guitar Guy. He's younger than I am but not so young that I feel like a complete dweeb. He did ask me for a list of music I might be interested in playing...a coolness test. But it seems that I passed and we are going to work towards learning some Rilo Kiley, Death Cab for Cutie and Eddie from Ohio.

Right now though. I can play the opening riff to Daytripped by the Beatles. Ok, I know. It isn't much. But it's a start and I couldn't play that this morning. My family never wants to hear it again. lol. They are going to love these lessons.

After GG left, and my fingers were too numb to keep playing Daytripper, I tried out my new stamps and made a few cards. I am really having a good time being creative and things are turning out well. There are cute cards everywhere!

This afternoon we had a little family fun and (temporarily) tattoed everyone with Mets tattoos. You do know what tomorrow is, right? I am trying not to listen to the news reports as the Mets pitching continues to crumble before the playoffs. I am sure that it will be fine.
