how much i love dell?


well, guess what just arrived? yup. my laptop. all fixed with a new keyboard and a new system board and some other bits and pieces. and no charge at all.


back and working with all of its memory intact. i didn't lose one document. i sent it out at 6:00 or so on monday and it is here by 2:15 on wednesday.


i can't say enough about their customer service and i am soooo happy to have my laptop back (and all my research!) i would never buy from anyone else. what more could i have asked for?
