(ugh... i already wrote this and then it went *poof* into the computer)
took the kids to my mom's this afternoon for the big trip to see the dino exhibit at a local museum. dino exhibit? well...there were some dino puzzles and a dino poster and a "nest" made out of particle board covered in carpet. but it was brown and "actual size" so it must have been ok. the kids didn't care. they like the museum. they stopped for hours in the rock exhibit. hey, its new jersey. we have rocks.
afterwards we hit funplex. it's like chuckie cheese - a kind of arcade/rides/screamfest without the bad pizza. i think that is where people should have to serve out community service sentences. an end to crime right there.
we also took them to a rock climbing wall. both j and c made it to the top and were very proud. c is a little monkey and j made it after two tries where we weren't so sure. they had a great day.
