apparently the cape cod chamber of commerce contacted eb games and warned them about my slight temper problem, because when i arrived they nervously apologized and promptly handed me a brand new copy of the missing gamecube game and then slowly backed away from the counter not making any sudden moves.

lol. problem solved. kids are video game zombies once again.
