seriously. enough wind. ok?

i have had enough for awhile. i cringe every time i hear the gusts outside. but then again, what didn't come down in the tornado has to be strong enough to survive 50mph gusts, right?? right??

the landscape crew across the street is actually standing out there with leaf blowers. 50 mph gusts. i don't think they are going to win this battle with their little jet pack leaf blasters.

had a good time last night after class with a prof and a couple of grad students from princeton. tired today though and could really use a nap instead of working on papers and assignments.

well, i am sure that a day filled with Survey of Dance History and housecleaning will cheer me right up. kids have a playdate after school so i have to clean so i can pretend that my house is always spotless, bright and smelling of fresh baked cookies! (no. i am not going to bake. sheesh. like i have time. i am going to light the fresh baked cookie candle!!)
