hubby finished painting squirt last night before running out excitedly when friends called with an extra mets/skankees ticket. he had fun...despite the mets.

sometimes it is hard to be a mets fan. and what makes it the most difficult? the mets losing? nope, not by a long shot. i was a fan in the 70s. the hardest part is listening to bandwagon fans whine like there is no tomorrow. you can't please 'em. it could be much worse. it could be winter with no baseball. sheesh.
