So now, while obsessing over this soundtrack, I can also obsess over
my new toy!! Could I be a happier camper?? It's Kazaa to go!
And now to date myself a bit. I don't remember being this obsessed over music since I sat next to my parents hi-fi in my jammies recording the Casey Casem's Top 100 by placing my brand new Panasonic tape recorder next to the speaker! This also beats hours in a dorm room making my own tapes with one of those "new-fangled" dual tape recorders.
And the music that is fueling this obsession is still the Chicago soundtrack. I have seen this movie twice now and will most likely see it again. "In my own little corner, in my own little world," I am an incredibly talented cabaret singer oozing attitude and sex appeal and singing and dancing Fosse-esque around a smoky night club! (Bonus points for anyone who can place the geeky reference quote of the day!)
