I am now wireless. That's right folks I can wander about room to room now and never leave the internet. And to add to my geek bliss my new digital camera is working beautifully so I should be adding new galleries soon.
And on the non-techno geek front - I saw two great musicals in the last week. Thanks to a friend, we had wonderful seats to see The Full Monty in Philly with the National Tour. It was so much fun. While the music wasn't a soundtrack that I am going to run around whistling, the show was quick, bright and funny. (Couldn't see those naked men though - rotten backlighting!)
The other musical I saw was Chicago. This one is in theaters right now. Hands down best movie musical in years!! You have to see this one. I went with a friend and it was all we could do not to jump out of our seats cheering after each and every musical number. Renee Zellweger steals the show and is the furthest thing from Bridget Jones that you could imagine. She is funny, sexy, conniving, gritty...perfect. Catherine Zeta Jones has a voice that oozes sex and murder and even Richard Gere turned in a tap dancing, suave, slick, performance! It took days for me to stop singing the opening number...wait, nope, it's back again. The only disappointment was that the soundtrack is not available yet. But I will be there on the 14th with money in hand...and all that jazz!!
